1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Quiz Portal website at quizportal.info (including its subdomains) and its practice tests, quizzes, tools and articles (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by SpeckPro Digital, a company based in the United Kingdom ("Quiz Portal", "we", "us").

By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Quiz Portal

Quiz Portal is designed for students, parents and teachers. If you are under 18, please use the Service with the knowledge of a parent, guardian or teacher, and read these Terms together with them.

Children under 13 may use the practice features, which do not require any personal information, but must not create an account or send us personal information through any form without a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. What the Service is

Quiz Portal provides free, original practice questions, topical practice, timed mock papers, Digital SAT practice, trivia quizzes, study tools and guides. No payment is needed, and you can practise without an account.

A free student account adds My Progress (your practice history), goals and a study plan, synced across your devices. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

4. Independence from exam boards

Quiz Portal is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Cambridge University Press & Assessment (Cambridge International) or College Board.

Cambridge, Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge O Level and Cambridge International AS & A Level are trademarks of Cambridge University Press & Assessment. SAT and PSAT/NMSQT are trademarks of College Board. These names and syllabus codes are used only to describe which exams our practice material is designed for.

5. Practice results are not official

• All questions are original practice material. They are not official examination questions, past papers or mark schemes, and we do not host official papers.
• Percentages, topic breakdowns, mastery estimates and proficiency bands are practice indicators only. They are not official grades, and Quiz Portal never converts practice results into official 400–1600 SAT scores.
• Written and structured answers receive provisional, keyword-based feedback, which may not match how an examiner would mark them.
• Paper timings, marks and formats are based on published syllabus information, which can change. Always check the current syllabus and exam rules with your school and the exam board.

Quiz Portal is a study aid. It is not a substitute for teaching, and we do not guarantee any exam result.

6. Student accounts

You can create a free student account with Google or with your email address, which we verify by sending a one-time code. You must give a real email address that you control, keep access to it secure, and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You can sign out at any time, and you can delete your account and saved progress from My Progress. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Service you must not:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, sell or redistribute our question banks, explanations or articles, or use them to build a competing product or to train machine-learning models, except as allowed in section 8;
• use automated tools to access the Service, other than search-engine crawlers that follow our robots.txt;
• try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the Service;
• submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes anyone else's rights, including official exam papers you do not have the right to share;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent practice results as official results.

8. Our content and how you may use it

The questions, explanations, articles, designs, graphics and software of the Service are owned by or licensed to Quiz Portal and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial study. Teachers may show the Service in class and direct students to it for non-commercial teaching, provided Quiz Portal is credited. Any other use, including republishing questions in print or online, needs our written permission.

9. Feedback and error reports

If you report a mistake or send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the Service without payment or obligation to you. Please do not include personal information about yourself or others in reports.

We work hard to check every question, but errors can happen. If you find one, use "Report an issue" on the results page or contact us at info@speckpro.com.

10. Links to other websites

The Service links to third-party sites, such as Cambridge International and College Board, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Availability and changes

We provide the Service free of charge and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiz Portal is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, opportunity or exam result, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access to the Service for anyone who breaks these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time and clear the data it stores in your browser from the Privacy Policy page.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will highlight it on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally or to rely on its consumer protections.
